“I did not see the actual bouquet but my friend said it was very lovely. I know its a bit of work but maybe a good idea for Next is to send a quick picture by text or email or placed into a Next customer account (if these details are available) showing the finished bouquet so purchasers are able to give good feedback based on what they see.”
