“My recipient received her roses today and all I can say is WOW! I was told they arrived so beautifully and were so nicely packaged and they arrived so fast! (In less than 36 hours). I was sent tracking info & delivery notifications throughout the day and the ordering process was very easy. First order from Appleyard & will most definitely order more in the future.”

“These roses were stunning and on the strength of this I ordered my mum flowers from you for her birthday, delivered today. I am bitterly disappointed with these flowers. I ordered the scented lavender upgrade on the offer page, this is the box I tucked and what my mum has recurved today is definitely Bijou!!! We are gutted as always give her a large bouquet. This really is not value for money. I will await my review request for this order too. But it would be lovely if you acted on this before then. I purchased the one year postage as I buy a lot if flowers and had hoped to order from you more often! I look forward to your response. The delivery postcode today was YO62 6ND Regards Nikki”
