“The recipient told me the flowers were lovely. I was waiting for delivery to be confirmed before ringing her to wish her a Happy Birthday. The tracking did not show me whereabouts the driver was or when he had made delivery, as it normally does. When I received a delivery message it was late afternoon but when I phoned the recipient she said the flowers had actually been delivered before lunch.”
