“The flowers were fine. However, my gripe is with YODEL your delivery firm. On both occasions the recipient were home. On both occasions YODEL did NOT ring/knock the front door. They just left the delivery on the porch. I had to call both recipients to confirm delivery had been made!”

“I have already contacted your team about this but I was very disappointed with these flowers they didn’t look very fresh when they arrived and only lasted a few days! I was told by customer services that this was my fault as I had not looked after them properly! I am a regular customer but have not ordered any flowers since!”
