“Sending flowers through the letter box is the simple idea ever. My friend received these and took her a while to think what was in the box on her return from work. The quality of these flowers excides all expectations. She loved them and was amazed at the quality and the amount received. If you want to surprise someone with these than please do it. “I got word back from the recipient that the flowers arrived beautifully arranged in the box. The only problem was she didn't know who it was from and had to look up my number! I did include a card but apparently it didn't get included in the box. Otherwise the Letterbox Butterscotch was a perfect birthday gift!”

“The first bunch of flowers received were of poor quality-they had started to wilt by day 3 and it was not made clear to us about the guard leaves. Appleyard tree were happy to send to send a replacement which were much better.”

“Great idea to have a box that fits through the letterbox. I bought these for myself & was out when they were delivered, so it was a lovely surprise to come home to. The flowers were in great condition & stayed that way for well over a week, will be purchasing again soon!!”

“The flowers were very well received and I'm told they were beautiful and undamaged. This is the second time I've used this service specifically to take advantage of the flowers being posted and not requiring the recipient to be in., which I think is a great idea. The post office both times did not post them despite both letterboxes being of adequate size, so the recipients had to collect them from the local delivery office. I think the company really must complain and make sure that the post office will post them, otherwise it is a misleading selling point.”
