“Indoor parked car and 2 weeks later came back to car absolutely covered in pigeon muck. Car was given back in this state, member of staff kindly jet washed off car for us and apologised for it not been washed ahead of our arrival. Contacted APH HQ who accepted fault and refunded us the total cost of 2 week indoor parking. First time we have had a problem in 10 yrs and hopefully not repeated in Aug/Sept as indoor booked again.”
