“Long wait (40mins) for bus back to collect car and had to wait an additional hour as my car was not “brought round”. Only one person on the desk handing back keys and staff hanging around laughing or on their phones. Looked unprofessional”

“Simple process, met by staff who were professional and polite. The bus was clean and quick to it’s destination and pick up. Definitely recommend A+”
