“Really easy to use, staff helpful, check in was quick and easy, bus was waiting when we arrived to go to the airport. We didn't have to wait long for the bus back after our flight and car was ready and waiting as soon as we got back.”
“Very easy to use service, easy to find and didn't have to worry about navigating Manchester Airport . Busses to Airport every 15 mins and driver took care of our cases lifted on and off bus. On return couldn't have been easier just messaged once we collected our luggage and they have your car waiting for you when you get off the bus that was also every 15 mins back. Very friendly service, and I felt happy knowing my car was safe. Will use this service every time I go away now as it's so much cheaper than using taxis and just as quick.”
“I have used this carpark several times over years and trusted them to park my vehicle. My cars in occasion have been reasonably premium vehicles. When I picked my car up on 15th march after returning home my car’s settings had been altered into sport mode. There was 4 passengers in my car and we all 100% confirmed and knew the car was in economy when dropped off at the carpark. This seems like a small thing but no one parking a vehicle needs or should be messing around with settings on someone else’s vehicle! When I called to report this the attitude of the person who answered the phone was that none of their drivers would do this and gave me a complaint number♂️ This will make me think twice before using this carpark again??! On a positive the rest of the service was prompt and polite until this left a sour taste.”
