The staff on reception are always happy and friendly and the shuttle bus drivers are always willing to help with taking suitcases off and on the bus. The process for informing them of your arrival at the airport is one single text message which by the time you are through baggage claim, customs etc the bus is usually waiting at the stop or the waiting time is minimal on pick up. Excellent service all round plus, you know that your car is safe with APH not like some other off airport parking companies.”
