“The girl on arrival back to the uk was rude and not pleasant to speak to, this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad word about APH this isn’t acceptable behaviour. Also we were told the bus is round the corner and he will come back for us. Unfortunately he didn’t do this, a 20 minute wait for someone to turn up. The the initial person I spoke to on arrival to the UK was very friendly and nice as normal can’t fault him but the girl on reception was atrocious.”
