“We have used APH for around 15 to 20 years and all has been fine until this year. The journey to the airport was fine, but the return from the airport to APH was terrible. We were left waiting for 30 mins after messaging, I phoned up to be told that we had missed the bus even though we had gone straight to the bus stop. When the bus arrived the driver was obnoxious, didn’t help at all with cases and then told us we had stowed them wrongly. He then shouted at my daughter for putting the push chair in the wrong place and was not happy when I then folded it for him.”
