“Was Sat on bus for what felt like almost half an hour, 1st on and made to wait till the bus filled up. Certainly weren't 15mins as their literature says. 10m transfer is highly optimistic also, especially if your last stop T2. If cutting a flight fine it would cause unnecessary stress. They should be more honest with info.
Returning seemed to be forever waiting for the bus in the cold. Multiple JetParks, and other drop off buses passing constantly but not APH.
Then sadly the collection weren't any better. The bus driver asked for my ticket which I gave him. He tore off one part and returned a bar code to me. Queueing at to pick up keys the lady said I've got the wrong ticket and asked for the other half. I explained that's all I have, the driver has the other half. She then asked the exact same question for some reason like my answer was going to differ the 2nd time around. I again told her the driver has it. We are in a queue with other grouchy people after a flight waiting to get home looking at us! I again repeated the driver took it. This is where customer service training should have kicked in and they should have looked into alternative ways to assist us, but sadly her response was "He wouldn't have done that" (in ref to the driver taking our ticket). I just stood their unsure what more I can do and stared at the lady, confused?! She shouted across the room past the queue to the driver, have you got their ticket? To which he replied Yes sorry I took it by accident.
We were then able to get our car keys, no apology what so ever just "I take it you're the Mercedes".
I've used in the past and it weren't quite as unpleasant as this, but for a small amount more without the chance of being sat around waiting and spoken to like a liar I will just park at the airport going forward.”
