“This is a convenient and friendly service, you must leave time though as when you park up you have to wait for the bus to leave and then get through the traffic to your terminal. The return was easy and friendly”
“We have been parking here for more than 20 years and apart from having to wait for a pick up for quite a while several years ago, I’ve always been happy.
The pick up this time was very crowded due to a bus being on stand E which shouldn’t have been, making boarding the APH bus impossible.
As a result, the next bus that came along was very crowded.
Still no acknowledgement of the text requesting a pick up which has been a problem for several years. Otherwise, very happy with the service.”
“Used APH for years with no issues. My last trip, I had to wait at the airport for over half an hour (it's not that long, but after a long trip, it's not what you want). I phoned and asked when a bus would arrive, I was put on to a driver who was quite rude and insisted he had just picked up at the airport and I hadn't been waiting 30mins!!!! I know exactly how long I had been waiting.
Poor customer service.”
“Clean reception and parking area friendly professional staff left our hybrid car at other airport car parking and when picked up they leave keys in vehicle which confused the cars computer and will not start without a charge always come up with lame excuses APH don't car locked and keys returned to reception well done happy customer”
“Brilliant service. Easy to find. Pulled in and met by polite welcoming staff. Left keys with them and got straight onto bus. Friendly helpful staff on bus with our bags and our children. A short 10minute journey and dropped outside of terminal. Bus stop easy to find on return journey. Again, another friendly helpful driver. Picked keys up and our car was just outside ready to drive straight off. Will definitely use again.”
