“Misunderstanding on where to drop vehicle off and where to pick it up was told I should have dropped it at Heathrow drop off rather than in the car park then was told to pick up at Heathrow drop off but actually picked up in the car park”

We was able to leave the car at the drop off point and on return the driver met us at the drop off point so we didn't have to go all the way over to the car park to drop off and collect the car. Would definetly use this service again”
