“Truly fantastic service to the point where I would state that I received possibly the best customer service and care that I have ever experienced. I had a terrible journey to Heathrow and would definitely have missed my plane had it not been for regular telephone contact with Edward Lloyd staff and fantastic flexibility to ensure that I was met at the drop-off location and able to make a quick transition from my car to departures. Even more impressive was the regular contact from staff during my vacation to ensure that the car was driveable and ready for my homeward journey upon my return. “Very friendly team. Only issue I have is to call them 30 mins before arrival at the airport. I have an old car without handsfree phone. I cannot call from the M25! Also, slightly strange that the Co does not have a desk in the Terminal CarPark. But somebody soon arrived to take my car and issue me with a receipt for me. Yes, I will recommend and also book myself again.”
