“An appalling service and an unacceptable delay of nearly an hour in delivering my car. I called as instructed on disembarking the aircraft and got no reply. I continued to call with the same result until I was contacted by a different number while at the baggage carousel. I was then instructed to call when I had my baggage after which the car would be with me in 10 minutes. I tried to do this, using both numbers I now had as I made my way from the baggage hall to the car park and it was over 40 minutes waiting at the car park before I got an answer. I had to wait another 10 minutes before finally my car arrived. Never again. I would have given no stars on this review if I could.”
“Everything went very smoothly on booking. Nice people to deal with on the phone. Directions to terminal were accurate and on arrival five minutes from terminal.
They were aware of our late return due to flight cancellations with BA (whom I’d not recommend!).
And…… as a result of those cancellations and a need to re book flights and collect our vehicles approximately six hours late, we’re stung with a 45% surcharge. This I thought hefty.
I’d be interested in why this was so high. That aside, everything else went smoothly.
(It’s very unlikely we’ll be able to claim this amount back from the airline!!)”
