“Previously good service from EL, better than some others but the last flight had a Flight Number change but I arrived within 39 minutes of the schedule time, so inside the 1 hour window but was still charged £30 for the flight number change - why! It makes zero sense why that impacts Edward Lloyd.”
“We followed the instructions for a 4 day meet and greet 15th November at Terminal 3 Heathrow. Everything went smoothly. On our return we followed the instructions and our car was waiting at Purple park drop off instead of the car park which was quicker. Driver was courteous and friendly. Would use again.”
