“I have always booked parking through APH website, but this particular experience was so poor that I might have to use another provider in future.
The driver had been smoking in my car before he brought to me on pickup. The smell of smoke was so strong in my car (it was a health hazzard) that I called the Edward Lloyd contact to complain. The handler promised to call back after speaking to the driver, but they did not. I called back after an hour - when I got home to find a PCN for not paying airport charge and the handler again blamed the driver that collected my car that they should have told me.
it was the poorest service imaginable and I will not be using them again, neither will I recommend their service.”
