When we returned after a very long flight we were met at the terminal, again good communication with the driver, so no making our way back to the car park which we were very happy with.

“Previously good service from EL, better than some others but the last flight had a Flight Number change but I arrived within 39 minutes of the schedule time, so inside the 1 hour window but was still charged £30 for the flight number change - why! It makes zero sense why that impacts Edward Lloyd.”
