“Uterly distcusted!! We drove to Heathrow on the 20th November, no problems, we returned to collect the car today after you collected to your external parking, and the Car was not driveable and we were not told this when called after landing as per your intrustions. When I called I was told that's just what happens sometimes. I had to drive out of the car park to avoid more charges, already paid and extra £13. I then had to pay £350 to get the car recovered to my home, £45 for a train fare to get home not to mention the cost of the repair. And you new it was broken when to dropped it ready for collection but at no point did say anything about it, insteading letting us find out it was dangerous and undrivable.
The garage looked at it today and said that the drive shaft had clean snapped with any sign of rust or corrosion, and could only be causwd by someone trying to wheel spin or 'drift'.
Im now going into legal action to cover my costs!!!
