“upon collection, i had to wait for the single chap running it to bring back a car to get my key, i had a 11.90 charge to get out of the car park having had the privilage of waiting 40 mins for them, no meet and greet for sure, very unimpressed.”
“Very efficient service that was easy to organise when departing and arriving on return. The only issue I had was the second car was parked up early on the return so we had to pay an extra exit parking fee.”
“Great process, very easy drop off, pick up was a little delayed and signs not overly clear on where we should be, also annoying you have to pay £7.50 carpark fee on both dropp off and pick up but apart from that a great experience and would use again.”
“Second time using them. Heathrow T5 this time. Short wait when we arrived but went smoothly. Pick up rang when had luggage arrived about 10mind later. Lovely young gentleman for both drop and pick up. Have booked to use again.”
“Drop off of the car was ok, but collection was a joke! Called when we landed and then again when we got the luggage, as instructed but then waited and waited for the car! When we called to follow up and ask where the car was, the person on the other end hung up on us 3 times!
Car eventually turned up 45 mins after our second call. What’s the point of the calls if the car isn’t there when we reach the carpark. Would have been quicker to do a park and ride!
