“My family and I recently used Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet parking services, and we were left extremely disappointed by the experience. Normally, we don’t write reviews, but this situation was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share our story.
Upon our return, we followed the instructions provided in their emails and called ahead multiple times to arrange for our car to be ready. We were told over the phone that it would take just 10 minutes after picking up our luggage for the car to arrive. However, we ended up waiting a full hour before they finally delivered it. This unacceptable delay not only tested our patience but also caused us to miss an important appointment, which added significant stress to our day.
The lack of reliability and poor communication from Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet turned what should have been a convenient service into a complete letdown. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend their services to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for parking options.”

“Iv always been frightened of leaving my car due to it being used by airport stuff in the past in a different airport. when I seen a meet and greet I didn’t know how it would go and the thought of someone driving my car made me so anxious however I had a completely different experience, The staff are very polite and was helping me with terminal 3 LHR. The man who picked up my car made me feel much better of the situation. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future!”
