“As a first-time customer, it all went very smoothly. A single contact number can always be busy, but on both departure and return my messages were picked up, and I was contacted when necessary. Very smooth return, as no requirement to return to the car park drop-off location. They park the cars about 9 miles away from the terminal. All-round good experience, quicker than using a Heathrow long stay car park.”

“Managed to remove 75 miles of range from my EV while travelling 22 miles in total to their offsite storage in Slough. Car was in valet mode, which records distance and speed and locks out Sport mode, so I was mystified how they'd managed it until I got it back and found the passenger side climate control set at 17 and the driver side set at 27, so the aircon and heat pump were competing the whole time.
Needed a 15 minute charge at a nearby 155kW charger to regain enough range to make it home, which was annoying.
