“My wife messaged them 2 days before to confirm our arrival time. We had to wait more than an hour as they claimed that we were arriving at a different time....then they said that our car was in a compound and we would have to wait. When the car arrived I was told that I should keep an eye on the rear tyre as it had a slow puncture.
I had to stop twice at services to inflate the tyre as the puncture was not particlary slow and it was obvious that it was punctured in their compound. If the car had the puncture on the way to the airport then it would have been evident at the time of dropping off......it is extremely dangerous for a family to travel in a vehicle under these circumstances and grossly incompetant that should it was returned in such a manner. Although it would have been inconvieniant the tyre should have been repaired before returning the vehicle.”
“Meet and Greet at Heathrow was sginificantly delayed on our outbound flight...delayed to such an extent that we had to leave the keys on the wheel of the car as we were worried we would miss our flight. Also had to buy a car aprking ticket for £15.00 and on our return we had to pay for a further ticket at the drop off point at Terminal 3”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
After booking we were offered the opportunity to charge our electric vehicle to full which would be provided by paying the man collecting the car £30. I was told this would be added to our order but nothing was emailed through to confirm this.
We were called the day before to confirm everything and were told no need to call 30 mins before arriving as the person collecting the car would be waiting.
We arrived 10 minutes early and after we had been waiting 20 minutes I called them as they were now 10 minutes late. The person that answered said he was on the way and would be there shortly. Eventually they arrived nearly 30 minutes after the agreed time!
During the holiday I periodically checked on the car and could see that it hadn’t been charged yet. The day before we were due back I messaged the company to check to make sure the car would be fully charged as agreed and I was told it was already charging. I pointed out I could see on the app that it wasn’t charging and was told they would check. Shortly after it started to charging but I could see it was only on a domestic charger as the charge rate was so low. I messaged to ask if the car would be full for when we returned and was told he hoped so. As far as I can tell no measures were taken to ensure the agreement was carried out and the car was returned fully charged.
On collection, the meeting point was changed which was cheaper for the parking. No idea why we couldn’t have dropped off here too!
The car was only 66% charged. When I dropped it off it was on 20%. I was offered a free charge next time but I said I’m not a frequent traveller and don’t know when this would be and would prefer a refund. I was offered £10 and I suggested £15 as the car had only been charged by half what it could have been and we have also now been inconvenienced as we would need to stop to charge the car to get home.
The driver arrived with £10 and said we would need to contact the office to speak to them about a further refund.
I messaged the office and they said they refund back to my account. A week after it wasn’t there. I messaged and was to provide bank details to pay the money into. I provided these and now nearly a week later I am still waiting for the refund and am now being ignored.
The service we received was below par. The charging service was a joke, cost is financially and inconvenienced us. I would never use this company again and would encourage others to find an alternative.”
“Very good service however, take note that at Heathrow, there will be extra £10 for car entering drop off zone on drop off and then pick up. I wasn’t aware of this, but was easy to pay”
