“We have used this service a few times now and could not be happier with the service provided. The drivers are always on time and very polite and helpful. We know the car is in safe hands and returned in the condition we handed it over. Thank you for providing such a great service.”
“Everything worked as clockwork. Guy who met us was very polite and friendly and told us exactly what to do. On return our car was brought to us immediately by the same guy the terminal entrance and we were away quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
“Service was okay, they were there to collect the car and brought it back when I got back. However, our flight home got cancelled and when I contacted them to let them we'd been booked onto a flight that would be arriving four hours later the only response was that I'll need to give the driver £30 cash. In the event, our first leg missed the connecting flight (thanks American Airlines!) and we were stuck for another 24 hours. Having had about three hours sleep I was woken by a call from an annoyed-sounding rep from the parking company demanding to know where we were. I hadn't called them yet because we were in a different time zone and had been dealing with a difficult flight re-booking and two kids with us! They hadn't moved the car (I checked on my app) so they weren't inconvenienced by us not arriving. They were very keen to point out that it would be another 30 quid though. I get that they need to be paid for the extra time, but at no point did anyone say "no problem, we'll get it to you when you're back". It was just straight into "you owe us more money". I didn't like that attitude so I won't use them again.”
“On arrival at Heathrow T3 short stay car park I was told I had to pay a parking fee at the machine. This charge is not mentioned in any of the documentation emailed to me in regards to my booking.
After a brief debate with the company representative, who told me that this payment was a new thing...
I informed him that is was not in booking documentation and I was not paying it.
He backed down and that was that. I suggest you do not pay this fee.... Unless they have changed wording in the booking.

“Very good, polite and efficient. I was quite surprised however when I had to pay £7.50 to exit the car park after my car was returned. I've never been expected to pay the car park fee when I've used Edward Lloyd or other Meet and Greet services at Heathrow.”
