“We were delayed getting back by over 24 hrs but there was no fuss and it was easy to liaise with Edward Lloyd. They were efficient, easy to deal with and the guy picking up the car was great. It would be even better if they could build the cost of the drop offs into their pricing as that can be a pain. Would definitely use again.”
“On the morning of the drop off they rang to conirm details of the drop, but then asked if we could pick up their driver on the way to save them having to get hm to the airport! I looked on Google maps at where there location was and as it was indeed on the way so I agreed. However on collection we noticed that there were scratches on one of the rear doors. The driver tried to say that they must have already been there, but when he brought up the photos taken by the collection driver you could clearly see that there wer non. He told me that the office would get in touch. 2 weels later no contact at all. I rang the mobile number given on the booking and I was told to send an email with photos of the damage. Still no reply! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, AND READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS! I thought that since these were endorsed by APH, that I could trust them. They left empty cans and litter in the cars, they smelled of smoke, and considering the car park was 6 miles away from where we gave them our cars, we had lost 90 miles of fuel! And they had changed the drive modes of our cars and left our displays as lap mode, which needless to say was not how we left them. However, having read the Google reviews of this company since it would seem I shouldn't be suprised, with reports of this company doing FAR, FAR worse. I would encourage you NOT to leave you car with this company as there is no way of knowing exactly what happens in the time you are away, but my inclination is that it absolutely isn't what you would hope for. Also there are hidden fees that they don't once mention on their website or booking.”
