“Having used other companies for meet and greet Edward Lloyd was brilliant!
Checked reviews before booking and seemed cheaper than most but still had 5 * reviews.
Really polite staff. Only negative was that my car was "filthy" when returned so not sure where it had been parked?
Would still use again though”
“I do not remember reading that I had to pay for dropping and peaking up the car. I am sure it is written somewhere but this is not the point

“Good service at the airport, both drop off and pick up. Only complaint is that you still have to pay extra to get in and out of the car park, so that add another £15 onto the parking charge”
“Drop off took 30 mins at Terminal 5. Had to pay for the parking ticket, so an extra £7.50.
Collection was better only a 10 min wait. The drip off driver couldn’t get away fast enough, after giving me the ticket. Again needed to pay £7.50.
Woman extra £15 on top of the charge, which was not mentioned in tbe booking.”
“Great service. Our ship the Aqua was diverted from Boston due to inclement weather. We sailed instead to New York.
As a result our plans changed and we kept Edward Lloyd informed. They were very patient with us.
Can't thank them enough for going above and beyond.
They are our go to as we fly/sail.
No hesitation to recommend them highly.”
