“Very smooth process, dropped off my car to the nice agent who was nice enough to remind me to pay for the airport terminal drop off charge online. When I got back all it took was a call and the car was returned within 10 minutes.”
“All worked smoothly, but don't forget that you need to pay an extra £15 for short term parking, so make sure you have a payment card handy when dropping off and collecting your car.”
“I feel, it needs to be a lot clearer what someone is signing up for. A video explaining what will happen. If I had known, my van was going to be taken off to another car park, I was going to have to pay the £7.50 toll for the car park and then not know where my van was going… then wait around for 15 minutes afterwards, to get back in my van with a sweaty seat… I would have just used the normal parking…”
“Used Edward Lloyd after a really good service a few weeks prior. Was not so Lucky this time.
They were quite late meeting me when I went to drop the car off, so aftera few calls to chase I was told to pay for my ticket, put it in dashboard and meet them in the terminal to hand over the keys, all a bit stressful and I missed the start of a business meeting because of it. On my return, I landed an hour earlier and they could not accomodate a change, BUT they tried to accomodate me by taking me from the airport to the compund to collect my car from there - which was appreciated I guess. 15 miles into my journey home on the M25 I felt something was wrong with my car, there was no hard shoulder for miles so I eventually got to a service station to find I had a flat tyre. Made it home SLOWLY after putting air in but I have now had to buy a new tyre as there was a massive split in it and damage to the inner side of the wheel. Hard to say when this happened obviouly but I am now £200 worse off!”
“Would never use them again and wish I had looked at reviews before booking they are rude and wanted money for early return ( which was my fault as I put the day after I returned as we weren’t landing till late so thought by the time we get through and bags would have been after midnight I take full responsibility for that ) but I gave them over 24 hours notice still 30 pounds then we landed at terminal 4 not 5 then they wanted 20 pounds to go to different terminal so told them I’d walk to 5 and let them know when I got there they are so rude even through text DONT USE THEM is my advise wish I had looked at reviews before booking”
“I cannot recommend Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet Heathrow highly enough. We travelled to the airport on the M4 and were delayed when the motorway was closed due to a serious accident. Edward Lloyd staff regularly rang me for an update and to provide reassurance. They then offered to meet us directly outside the terminal rather than car park to give us extra time to check in. Overall, great service and I will definitely use them again.”
