“I had a very good experience. After I made the initial booking but within the timeframe allowed, I changed the return date to a day later without issue and with a slight increase on the price. My return flight landed at a terminal that was different to my booking. I called ELM&GH on disembarking the plane, and I was told that this was not an issue and to call again after the baggage collection. I only waited a couple of minutes for the car at the collection point.”
“Guys taking the car and delivering back were wonderful and in time, my issue is I was surprised that I had to pay £15 (£7 for dropping off and collecting fee) on top of a very expensive cost that I paid already for giving I checked with other operatives non of them charge this extra cost. Why wasn’t I told and quoted befor I purchased ? Really misleading I could have paid less with other operative. I would like my £15 refunded.”
“We are always very anxious when leaving our car at airport parking due to horror stories but we were pleasantly surprised with Edward Lloyd meet and greet. There was lots of communication. The handover of the car was very smooth and efficient on both the departure and arrival. I would definitely use again.”
“Efficient service as usual; pleasant, friendly and polite staff. Change of charging policy in that customer must now apparently pay for parking fee both at drop-off and collection. This was unexpected and not advised before journey - poor communication. Will now consider using other services and will compare prices closely in future (previoiusly I didn't bother as I was very happy with Edward Lloyd's operation).”
