“This has been our first disappointing experience with Edward Lloyd M&G. The arrival process was OK, although I was surprised to see we had to pay the £7.50 car park exit fee as when I made the booking I specifically chose this one as there was no mention of it having to be paid (others did mention this so I avoided them) - ditto for the return journey.
The return process was somewhat worse. Depsite communicating exactly when we were told to, there was quite a wait for our car to arrive. When he arrived, the driver was extrememly flustered, saying it was a really busy night and practically ran away from the car as fast as he could. It was covered with mud-splashes all over the back and then as soon as we had hit the motorway, the tyre warning light came on for a puncture! This was 100% not like this when we arrived and it was practically a brand new tyre.
Obviously we cannot prove anything but the rushed arrival, the mud splashe and the quick getaway all point to the car being driven too fast through water-filled pot-holes and points very much to the tyre damage being done by a driver from Edward Lloyd.”

Pick-up was marred by BAA’s lift system being unable to cope with the demand, but that wasn’t Edward Lloyd’s fault !”
“We arrived back to Heathrow early and expected a long wait to collect our car but we were luckily contacted (a few times) that they were able to drop off the car early, other companies we have used previously did not keep us updated unlike the Edward Lloyd team, many thanks”
