“Simple process. Car was collected and checked over for damage by the staff member. On our return the car was brought to a convenient pick up point close to the terminal. Would use again and would recommend”
“I've been using meet and greet sevices car parking across Heathrow many times a year and this is the first time ive personally had to pay for the barrier ticket to get into the car park once the car keys were handed over! Similarly upon return, the original instructions advised to return to the car park level where the keys were handed over but this was changed upon landing and I was advised to go to back of a hotel near the car park to pick up the car from a road. Presume this was so they didnt need to pay car parking. Last thing I needed after a 13 hour flight. Not great”

“We were stuck in a traffic jam on M1 for four hours we called all involved ie airport the air line and Edward Lloyd they kept calling us back for updates ,and when we did eventually get back underway it became apparent that we would not be able to get to the parking destination in time to get to the check in for our baggage .Edward Lloyd sugested that they should meet us at the departure drop off right out side the terminal ,without that intervention we would have 100 % missed the flight we were told we got to the desk with less than a minute to spare, I can't praise them enough well done to their team they were fantastic!!! “I have always booked parking through APH website, but this particular experience was so poor that I might have to use another provider in future.
The driver had been smoking in my car before he brought to me on pickup. The smell of smoke was so strong in my car (it was a health hazzard) that I called the Edward Lloyd contact to complain. The handler promised to call back after speaking to the driver, but they did not. I called back after an hour - when I got home to find a PCN for not paying airport charge and the handler again blamed the driver that collected my car that they should have told me.
it was the poorest service imaginable and I will not be using them again, neither will I recommend their service.”
