“Drop off of the car was ok, but collection was a joke! Called when we landed and then again when we got the luggage, as instructed but then waited and waited for the car! When we called to follow up and ask where the car was, the person on the other end hung up on us 3 times!
Car eventually turned up 45 mins after our second call. What’s the point of the calls if the car isn’t there when we reach the carpark. Would have been quicker to do a park and ride!

“Parking attendents were very helpful and my car was waiting for me when I landed back at Heathrow. Only thing I was a bit concerned about was that a lot of my fuel had been used, and someone had definitely been sitting in my passenger seat too - which you wouldn't expect if someone was just driving my car and parking it.”
“The only issue and I know its in the small print is that you have to pay 7.50 on arrival and 7.50 on departure. So on top of the price you pay be aware that another 15 pounds need to be added!”

“Despite ringing them 30 minutes beforehand that we would arrive early it took more calls to get a response which arrived about the start time originally booked. Collection was much quicker.They do not have a desk already on Level 4 so will not use them again.”
