“Great experience. I changed to an earlier flight home and completely forgot to inform the car park company (!) however they managed to get my car swiftly back to me despite this.”
“Meet up for departure and handover of the car went well, not so much for the return, the car was there but the driver and keys were not, we waited so long that I had to pay £11.50 vs £7.50 payment in the short stay carpark to exit. Frustrating to be right next to my car but unable to get into it and dive away, which is really the purpose of the meet and greet.”
