“They were the cheapest for a reason! No flexibility for my arrival and having to pay parking charges when dropping the car off and picking it up. I arrived slightly earlier than expected and the person on the phone was quite rude and said you’ve booked 6.30 there’s no flexibility in this. He then texted me in poor English saying there was someone there if I could arrive by 6, which I could and then texted saying no 6.30. Really poor. My return flight was cancelled and I was swapped to another flight, as per their instructions I had to let them know of the change or risk being charged. No one to answer the phone on weekends so I emailed them and got a response whilst I was driving home. I will not use this company again.”
“Drop off was problematic as I was 2hrs early, i did explain travelling from SW makes it difficult to get the timing right as can often take 5hrs but that day only took 3, early drop off never been a problem before.
Car returned absolutely filthy, covered in sap and pollen, driver said there are some trees nearby which blow pollen, but to be honest looked as though it was parked under a number of trees!
Make note will cost an extra £15 at least in extra parking charges which other companies dont charge.
All in all distinctly average, wouldnt use again as there are other better providers”
“Delivering the car to Terminal 5 was straightforward and handover easy.
Pick up was a bit slow, given that we had phoned well in advance both on landing and at bag collection, as suggested.
There was no chance to inspect the car for any damage with the delivery driver on collection because he handed the keys over and dissappeared! Not sure how we would have addressed any damage had there been any?!”
“Sadly we did not receive the 'meet and greet' experience we had paid for. We followed the instructions upon arrival back in the country, calling when we had landed, and then when we had collected our luggage. When we got to the designated area in the car park, our car was waiting for us, however no person or keys. We stood next to our car for almost an hour trying to get through to a member of staff - it was almost midnight and we had four children with us - which is why we had paid extra for a meet and greet service. Nobody even had the courtesy to answer our calls, at least to let us know how long we would be expected to wait. When we finally had our keys, we were blocked at the exit barrier of the car park, which took a further 20 minutes to sort out and resulted in us being charged £18.50 to get out as the car had been in the car park for so long. Utterly terrible experience and certainly would not recommend using this company.”
“After using APH at Gatwick which is brilliant I was very disappointed with the service at Heathrow. I booked a meet and greet with the drop off in a short stay carpark but ended up dropping my car at the drop off point and had to pay £6 on arrival and £6 at departure. My car was returned in a terrible state covered in tree sap. Very disappointing”
