Staff weren’t rude, but weren’t polite or very professional - taking calls whilst trying to deal with me, walking away whilst talking etc.
no one ready to meet me instead had to call again when arrived and wait, then go find them.
Also, you might get a good price but you need to pay for entry and exit yourself, so add £15 at least for meet and greet”

“Very friendly and prompt service response by your staff member, I liked the personal approach. I wondered where my car was parked as there were 20 miles more on the clock than when I left it. Also, the seat had not been adjusted back to how I had it as well as the charging device taken out of the cigarette lighter and placed somewhere else. Everything else was fine. It would be good to know how far away you are parking the cars, so I can be reassured it hasn't just been used for other purposes. Also, what I did not enjoy was the extra 15 pounds I had to pay on top of the Edward Lloyd charge, that was unexpected and not appreciated!
