“I arrived early due to planning as part of M25 closed. Only one staff member was working so unable to collect my car early and then arrived 10 mins later than scheduled pick up time. Arrival time at airports can always vary and it is totally unsatisfactory that this cannot be accommodated.”
“Service was on time and no problems with it but you need to add on the car park ticket charge when comparing costs as this is not included and was £15 in total. Most other meet & greet providers give you a free ticket to exit the car park (although this could be just a LHR T5 issue).”
“no anwser when calling the mobile number, lead to an anxious start to my trip. The short stay L3 poorly sign posted causing me to drive into wrong lane and told to get a ticket and drive out - £7.50 thanks very much.(I wasnt the only person to do this - a LHR T% issue) You also have to pay £13.50 twice for entrance and exit to the car park. No reciept given when car taken away.”
“Easy communication, car is held around 8 miles away… ensure you read the small print that you must pay the car park charges for drop off and pick up which is £7.50 each (I missed that)”
“Although there was some confusion as the signs to valet were different to the instructions (turns out it was a different service), team were very accommodating and helped to signpost me in the right direction. Quick service both on drop-off and collection, no issues.”
