“Drop off was good, apart from I had to pay the parking fee of £7.50, which I was not aware of. We had to wait an hour to pick the car up and were directed to the back of a hotel, rather than being in the airport car park, which was unexpected.”
“My 80-yr-old mother and I had a missed flight due to circumstances beyond my control. I called for them to re-deliver my car and was told they had no one available to bring round the car but someone would come to pick me up at the airport to be taken to my car. When the driver arrived he refused to let my mother come with me to collect the car saying he was only picking up one person even though there was no one else in the car. I explained I could not leave my mother as she has early stage dementia. We were also travelling to a funeral so she was distressed. He was very rude and told me to answer him straight away if I was going to come alone or not. I called the office only to be told that I either come now alone with the driver or my car will be delivered the next day. I explained I couldnt leave my mother at the airport but he refused to budge. He suggested that I take a taxi to come get my car (even though i had paid almost £100 for Meet and Greet). In the end with no option I took a taxi from the airport. I found that the site where my car was to be collected was not 3-4 miles but actually in Slough. The taxi cost me £55. My mother was distressed about the whole event. I will never use this company again!”
“On a very bust Saturday morning at Heathrow we were met at the drop off punctually and helped with paying the charge. On return again we were met punctually.

“The fact that you not only have to pay the stated fee but also the short term car park fee £7.50, both when you arrive and when you depart was not made clear during the purchase process. Dropping the car off was painful due to the lack of space. Overall I can't recommend.”
