“Both my car and keys have trackers on them. I can confirm my car was driven directly to the secure parking and the keys were then taken to a completely different location, where they both stayed until I returned. On return the car was ready and waiting for me in the short term parking. Perfect service!”
“It is one of the cheaper meet and greet services, and offers good value, I think. However, my car is always returned in a terrible state of filth - usually covered in mud and /or bird excrement, so I wonder where they park them? The customer also has to pay the short-term car park or drop-off charge, which used to be included in the fee before.”
“Very unfriendly on the phone, when they eventually answered after 3 calls. We arrived early and asked if we could drop off early. Initially said yes, then called back 5 minutes later and said no, had to arrive at scheduled time, which we did, driver turned up nearly 15 minutes late.”
“I booked a Meet & Greet with this company and stated a return of 4pm which was on the confirmation email. The driver verbally confirmed this at time at drop off and was also written on the tag placed on the car keys. BA had made a change to the flight number since booking so they charged a £30 fee for a change of flight even though we arrived back exactly when we said we would. I would advise not using this company, but if so would make sure your flight details are exactly correct as they say the times stated are on email confirmations are irrelevant. They won't take any payment apart from cash at pickup and after after numerous attempts haven't provided a receipt of payment.”
