“We had initially booked with a different company but they didn’t send any confirmation and we couldn’t remember who the company was so we booked with Edward Lloyd. The morning of drop off, a representative from Edward Lloyd called to confirm timings and advised where we needed to go and, he sent us the link to pay the ‘drop off’ fee. We called when we got to the drop off point and the EL representative was with us in 5 minutes. He advised us of the process on returning and directed us to the check-in area for Virgin. When returning, we followed the instructions provided and when we got to the pick up point, our car was there waiting…perfect after 10 hours travelling. The representative was friendly and pleasant and we are grateful for the service they provided. I would definitely recommend Edward Lloyds meet and greet service.
Note: The other company we originally booked with (TerminalsParking) called over an hour after we had dropped our car off to ask if we were still arriving as planned. I advised them that they hadn’t sent any confirmation when we booked, or instructions on the day so I was unable to contact them to arrange drop off. I have emailed them to explain the confusion and to request an explanation but they have to date not replied (date of email 20/02/2025). Just for those who might be considering booking with TerminalsParking.”
“Very good service. We had 2 vehicles for them to collect and they did an outstanding job keeping us informed and even collected from the nearby hotel we were staying at.”
“Communication was great, however we left our electric vehicle with them with 157 miles and received it back with 97 miles which meant stopping to charge our car after travelling for 24 hours which was not ideal”
