“Best meet and greet service we've had in a long time. Our car was collected from us at Terminal 3 (the representative was already there) and we returned to Terminal 5 (our car was ready and waiting for us) - couldn't ask for more!”
“Good service but surprised we had to pay pick up/drop off fee (can't remember seeing this in the booking details) plus had to wait 30 mins at arrivals for car to be brought round.”

I have always found them to be on the ball, courteous and prepared to go out of their way to make the meet and greet experience the best it can. On one occasion I was running late due to a puncture.
