“They do not have a base in the terminal like some others, so if you don't call them 30 mins prior to arrival, they won't be there to "meet and greet". Driving on the M4 makes it challenging to call them in this time interval.

Wasn’t aware it would cost extra ( as well at the short stay car park) an extra fee comes on top ( either £7.50 at the car park each time or £5.00 at the drop off ) . Also got charged an extra £10 for late arrival of 45 min . Maybe I should have read the small print a bit better ….”
