“Reasonable collection and delivery of the vehicle. However, communication was patchy. Had to search online for the number when we arrived to get it collected. then needed to call, twice, for it to be returned. Still waited for 5 minutes for the car to arrive. Would be easier if they could use the flight number to judge when to return the car as they do at Manchester.”
“The staff were easy to contact by telephone and were very friendly and helpful. Car was clean on return. Slight delay (about 5 to 10 mins) in staff arriving to collect the car, and the same on return dropping the car back off. Other than that all was great.”
“Good service which we would book again, however, inconsistent info across the drivers. On the way out we had to validate the parking ourselves for an extra £6, on the way back, the other driver sorted this for us. Had a friend also use the service and they didn't have to validate the parking on the way out so be aware.”
