“Good service which we would book again, however, inconsistent info across the drivers. On the way out we had to validate the parking ourselves for an extra £6, on the way back, the other driver sorted this for us. Had a friend also use the service and they didn't have to validate the parking on the way out so be aware.”
“after booking my meet and greet and seeing news reports I was particularly worried about leaving my car but I really shouldn't have been. The service was excellent. We followed all of the instructions given and were met on time for drop off by a friendly pleasant man and again on collection we only had to wait approximately 5 mins before our car was delivered back to us in perfect condition.
I would definitely use this service again on future trips.”

“Drop-off was fine. When we returned to LHR T3 car park we waited for 2.5 hours for our car to be returned. We were told that the battery was flat, but when the car eventually returned, the bonnet had not been opened and the battery terminals had not been touched. How then was the car recharged or jump-started?? I believe that the flat battery story was a complete fabrication. Either the company had no staff ( the phone lines frequently went unanswered "Don't leave a message call back later" ) or the company had misplaced our car. I shall be pursuing the company for compensation but I cannot imagine any compensation that will suffice for our 2.5 hour ordeal in a very cold multi-storey car park ( we are both over 75 years old). Unbelievably bad service.”
