“Very friendly and helpful. After I booked the Meet and Greet at Heathrow Terminal 5 I was contacted and asked whether I was staying at a hotel overnight for a morning flight. When I confirmed that I was they arranged to meet me at the hotel so that I didn't have to go to Terminal 5 and get transport back to the hotel.”
“Had to wait a few minutes for the driver to meet us when we departed however it didnt cause an issue. The last time we used a meet & greet at LHR we had to wait over an hour to get our car delivered back to us. When we called to advise we had got our bags we were told 10 minutes and the car was with us on time. No damage or excess mileage on the car. All good here.”
