“Arrived at meeting point just a couple of minutes walk from terminal. Handover was quick and easy.
Return was a bit slower but there was always someone to answer quickly as out flight delays kept changing.”
“The drop off procedure was good. The collection was average. I rang when the aircraft landed and again when bags collected. The person on the other end spoke with less than enthusiastic muffled voice. I was told to go to Smiths where I was to ring again Why? I was then told the car would be ten minutes. Although the return procedure on APH's paperwork said it would be waiting for me it was about twenty minutes before it arrived. This needs attention”
“Drop was great. I phoned a couple of times and they were at the location on time. Pick up was great as the lifts were busy at the airport. The driver met us at arrivals level and all good. No waiting time”
“The positives of Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet were
- the drop off location was convenient at T5 short stay
- the price was one of the cheapest
The negatives were
- on my way to the airport you were asked to call 30 minutes before arrival - but the phone number came up as 'not recognised' - it turned out the operative had diverted the phone to an invalid number - so that added to the stress before I even arrived
- Edward Lloyd did not have a booth at the site, and the staff had no uniform or badge to identify them
- on arrival back the car was brought back later than communicated resulting in me waiting for around 10 minutes - this despite calling them on landing, and again when I collected my baggage
In summary, I don't think I would use Edward Lloyd again.”
