“Came back to Heathrow 15 days early due to our son being diagnosed with a brain tumour. Edward Lloyd charged £40 cash for early release. Ignores E-Mails asking if they would consider a partial refund or a voucher. Company showed zero compassion.”

They are easy to get hold of on the phone, and you can hear them easily (often the operators for these companies are in such noisy environments you can barely hear them).
