“The drop off and the pick up went very well, the communication was great, professional and polite. I will say that the inside windscreen was dirty, had rain spots on the inside which is unusual so thinking one of my windows was not closed properly as water stains on entire inside of window. Otherwise great and will use again..”
“Number provided for 5am check in was unobtainable. Another agent rang after 5am to ask why we hadn't called to advise arrival time.
On return told to call on landing, then again when luggage collected. Still had to wait after that. Total from 1st call to collection was 1 hour”
