“I was left at the airport for over 3 hours after returning from holiday with little information apart from my key had been stolen. I didn’t get an apology, wasn’t offered a refund and now they are expecting me to pay over £300 for a new key-they didn’t store the keys securely yet they refuse to compensate me!”
“Drop off and pick up were easy, had to wait a short time for the guy to turn up each time, but no issues and timings were excellent. Only comment is that my dashcam was turned off / pulled out of cigarette lighter...I've no issues with this and the car was returned with no issues...but why would someone remove the power from the dashcam?”
“Having never used a meet & greet before, I like others turn to reviews, Edward Lloyds had mixed reviews most were good. We called them 30mins before we arrived at the drop-off location, The directions were perfect, the driver was there to meet us. On return, we called when we landed as instructed then again as we got our luggage, by the time we got to the pick up location the car was there ready to go once we checked it over with the driver.
