“The whole process was straightforward with clear instructions. Although there was a small delay (maybe 10 minutes max) when dropping off the car, there was hardly any waiting time at all when collecting the car. I was very impressed and will use the service again.”
“Initially all went well and they also took pictures of the car when we dropped it. Unfortunately, flight was cancelled and we were rebooked onto on just 1 hour later. They charged us an extra £30 for the 1 hour! And it had to be paid in cash, which doesn't just seem dubious, but also extortionate! So, you can cancel a booking for a full refund with 24 hours notice, but can't change collection by an hour with a days notice! At least the driver had fun changing all settings in the car and having the air con on full blast, costing us petrol.”

“We recently booked a meet and greet service at Heathrow, the initial encounter was professional and seamless, however we were told on the way back they had lost our keys and yet to return them back to us, which was weird as it was just our keys that were lost.
