Very good and did quick turnarounds on time for vehicle collection and return. Slight issue that could easily be improved is to for the car driver to know that the central controller has already been contacted by the customer. This caused a little confusion especially upon collection.

We have used Meet & Greet car parking services the last 15 years and this was by far our wrost experience. When we arrived at the airport there was no-one there waiting for us (even though we had called 30 mins before to advise we would be there) we had to wait 15 mins. The guy that turned up was not in any kind of uniform, had no ID and barely spoke any english. We then had to pay for the short-stay car park (which we have never had to do before). On arrival back from our holiday our flight landed on time and despite 2 phone calls to them we were advised there was a delay and there would be at least a 20 minute delay with our car. I totally understand that if our flight had arrived early/late there may well have been some delays but the whole point of providing your flight details and calling twice is surely to ensure our car is ready and waiting when we arrive. I wil not be using this company again and will not be recommending to anyone.

Driver met us as booked. Followed return procedure and he was there on time at the end of our holiday. Car showed a puncture as we got on M25 but don’t think I can blame Edward Lloyd for that. Would use again thank you

Called me regards progress to airport, quick handover of keys and pictures taken. Smooth easy process. Return journey sadly delayed by BA baggage issues but car ready for collection without any issue.

The wait time between calling and arriving at the airport over 30 minutes on arrival and over 20 minutes on landing back. This is terrible considering we called when 30 minutes from the airport and once we landed. Feels like a dodgy company would pay the extra money next time. Nobody else was waiting around!

Followed their procedure of calling once at landing & again at lugguage collection. No more communication until I called again only to be told the car has been left in the car park and my keys have been left on the wheel arch & the ticket on the dash board - not meet & greet, more 'left & discarded'! I wonder how it would of played out if the car would of be stolen? Call backed & no explaination given.
