“They provided an atrocious service. They said my battery was flat so couldn’t start my car ( it was fine when I left it with them and has been fine since . The car was dirty dusty and had bird poo all over it .we had to wait 2 hrs for it to be returned as they said their jump leads weren’t working . Told me to get a urber to the compound which cost £30 for them to ring and tell me my car had now started and they were waiting at the airport . My phone had hardly any battery and I had to keep ringing them to find out what was happening with my car Shane was rude aggressive and intimidating and resulted me to tears They never apologised . Absolutely awful service”

Better if Staff uniformed .
Came back shortly after Midnight flight delay . Extra charge on quotation was £20 but insisted on £30 which we paid . Not a satisfactory arrangement .
However they collected and delivered the car on time . Would now look at other suppliers”
