“Drop off went well. I followed the instructions and all was smooth. On returning we had a delay in our flight and therefore missed our connecting flight. I emailed and text confirming our delay and provided the new flight details. I was charged £30 in cash even though I was within the same day, the delay was no fault of my own, I kept APH well informed and it made no difference to them. In addition we had to wait 15 mins for the vehicle to appear when it should have been meet and greet and because they changed where I had to collect my vehicle from I incurred a further £5 charge for drop off parking due to their poor communication skills. The customer service was appalling. I will never use again and do not recommend!”
“Really easy process for drop off and pick up. Received a call enroute to confirm drop off and had clear instructions for what to do on return. Friendly, informative person when we got to Heathrow who gave us instructions on where to go for departures”
