“speedy and on time. My only criticism is that the drivers do not wear any name badges, lanyard, uniform "vests". So nothing to identify that they actually work for the company. This is quite disconcerting when you are handing off the keys to your car to a complete stranger who only has a notification of your booking on a mobile phone. The driver only showed me this when I asked and also did not check/inspect car for any scratches or bumps or take photos (which is what I believed would happen before they drove off in it)- I had taken my own photos. Overall I would use again but it was not as professional a standard as I have grown used to with APH at Gatwick”

“All went according to plan. Don’t follow their postcode, instead put in the terminal you’re flying from. Was a bit confused on arrival because of this, but that’s probably me not following instructions. Also, if you arrive earlier than you said, you’ll end up paying for that extra time on arrival so be realistic with your arrival time.”
“The whole process was smooth, from booking to drop off and pick-up. The only reason I am rating the service 3 stars is because I did find some things missing in my vehicle. What was more surprising about this was this was the fact that the items missing were insignificant. I left a cup of chewing gum in the vehicle which wasn't there upon pick up and a one-pound coin I leave in the vehicle for shop trolleys. That said, I was still content with the service overall.”
“We have used Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet at Heathrow quite a few times and always found them very efficient and on time with greeting and collection. Easy to use and directly opposite the terminal.”
