“When our car was returned to us at terminal 5 it had covered 73 miles whilst in the care of Edward Lloyd.
No believable explanation was given and the same man who collected the car did the return and we both took before and after photographs. As an older car it had no tracker built in so was easy plunder. The bare faced cheek oh using our car when both parties had taken photographs of the mileage beggars belief.
I recomend that you do not use this service nor the umbrella services of APH if you value your car. Use a local taxi service, the cost is a small percentage of the overall cost of air travel and your car will stay in your own parking indicating you are at home as usual!”
“Dropping off and picking up the car was quick and easy, we did not feel the driver was respectful of our car as the over adjustment with the seat, changing radio channels, changing the visual display panel and sticky splash marks on the steering wheel. I would like to know the distance to where the car was parked.
Regard john”
