“I was contacted by Edward Lloyd and as requested told them we were stuck in traffic. I told them the estimated time of arrival as per our sat nav. I offered to call when we were near if the time changed and was told not to bother it would be ok.
The traffic got better and we arrived 30 mins early. I contacted them when we were parked as we were concerned about the wait. When the man arrived he presented my husband with the parking ticket and told us we had to pay £10 to get out as we had overstayed the 5 mins allowed. VERY unhappy
On our arrival back in the country the car park was horrendous on that level with cars trying to park and blaring horns. Queuing to get out.Definitely not a pleasant experience”
