“Overall service was good and prompt on arrival. Only downside was we needed to message for reassurance that the vehicle was OK as we had a notification saying someone was trying to access the vehicle. It took a few days for anyone to come back, and even then it was a very minimal response. A quicker more informative response would have saved a few days of worry whilst away.”
“All good but you pay for meet and greet with the idea that the car is waiting for you when you arrive back not having to wait for 20 minutes for the car to be delivered when you have called on landing and when you have collected your baggage.”
