“Good service but 2 issues, postcode and directions to the car park at terminal 5 were vague and unclear and the wrong postcode. Also was unable to get through to the collection mobile number for 30 mins after arriving back meaning I had to wait for my vehicle.”
“The company needs to express when you book that their holding area is 24 miles there and back from the drop iff point, To get in my car and see that 24 miles has been drove since I dropped it off (photo proof if needed) is a bit of a shock to be honest. They dont have a desk at the Air Terminal, again isnt ideal as everything is communicated via phone. Texts sent via multiple mobile numbers and not the works one also identifies that my personnal number had been given around.
Car recieved all in good time and they were accomodating. Just a few tweeks needed and clarity of distance to and from where the vehicle is locked up is definitely needed.”
“Very efficient - even on a very busy ‘start of half term’ Sunday morning, my driver arrived promptly to collect my car at 6am. On my return, not only was the driver prompt on arrival, he then drove with me to the nearest service station to refuel my car before my long drive home. Absolutely excellent service.”
