“The service was reasonable but note they do not have a desk at the airport so we waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive to take our keys when we were keen to get to the airport to check in our bags. That is not really what one expects of a meet and greet service.
On the return we also had to wait about 15 minutes for the driver to arrive with our keys - the car was there but he was on his own and had to shuttle back and forth to get 3 cars so we had to wait to get into the locked car.
Finally, they apper cheaper than their competitors but at LHR T5 I had to pay the entry/exit fees on both trips, an additional £15 in total. so whilst the price is competitivce, once you take into account he parking charges which all other companies I have used before include in their price, there is not much difference and the waits are a considerable drawback”
