“I was a little hesitant after reading some negative comments on Trust Pilot, but overall the service was fine.
On the outbound journey I was a bit confused after being told not to drive into the car park when we got there. We were told to meet them at the drop off point instead. On the return leg we were initially told to meet them at the same drop off point, but this then changed to the main car park. Anyway, it all worked out fine. Staff were polite and had identifiable hi vis jackets on.”
“Excellent communication from start to finish. Even advised us to drive to the terminal drop off which was a cheaper parking fee and neaer the entrance. Overall a great experience.”
“Absolutely seamless. What a great service. I had a meet and greet cheaper than standard parking with Pur@le parking. When we arrived we got out and walked 50 yards into the terminal. Called them when we returned and they were there within 5 mins .
