Excellent service. No grumbling when we arrived over an hour later than stated on departure (sick child and traffic) and waiting for us on arrival. Great value for money.

Drop off was fine - though I ended up paying £15 for parking as turned into the wrong carpark, then upon exit had to pay £7.50, even though my 'stay' was only about 30 seconds... in any case the drop off was fine otherwise, although the pickup was delayed by c. 50 minutes, which after a long flight was not good, apparently it was due to a lack of staff. I was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes, then 20 minutes later I called and was told it's probably going to be another 20 minutes... not impressed...

Very good drop-off at Ter 3 with Bobby, super reliable and helpful. Less good expoerience with a different colleague on arrivals. He called me whilst I was just trying to de-board the plane, then when I called after collecting my bag I had to wait in the car park for 30 minutes to get my car. One hour from his original call until collection of my car and we pay a lot for this service to be MEET and GREET. This delay was because the driver had to deal with three arrivals at once which I can understand would be difficult. More people on duty would have helped perhaps at 630/7pm. Also I paid twice the usual parking fee, which they say they will be refunded in due course. Hence the three stars rather than the usual 5, but I hope they can resolve their staffing issues and return to their usual high level of performance. Thanks to Bobby for his concern.
