“What a great service. Approaching Heathrow I phone, as instructed. It was suggested that I went to the Drop Off area, rather than the car park, as it would be easier. As I entered the Drop Off area I was waved over by our appointed Edward Lloyd employee. He assisted in unloading the bags & wheelchair before checking my vehicle & driving off.
On our return I phoned from the Baggage Reclaim area & asked if they could meet us at the Drop Off area, instead of the car park, as it would be easier for the wheel chair. Absolutely no problem. We only had a short wait before the car was returned to me!!
The service was so good that I received an eMail that evening to remind me to pay the Heathrow Airport charge!!

“I arrived late evening to receive my car in a poor condition that I did not leave it. My front number plate was missing and my dash cam was broken and disconnected. I asked the driver who delivered the car but he had no answer to my query and he said he was only asked to deliver my car. He left me without any answer. I will never use your services again nor recommend it to anyone”
