On arrival, no member of staff was waiting to ‘greet’ me, despite informing them I was half an hour away and the telephone number provided was busy when called. There was no assistance with my luggage, my car condition was not checked and I wasn’t asked to sign anything, as per the vehicle drop off procedure stated on the website. The driver was in a hurry to leave, actually saying “I need to go.” It was not made clear that the Heathrow car parking charges were still applicable, £7.50 at drop off and again at collection. My car was waiting on my return but again no assistance with my luggage or condition check of my car from the driver, he handed me the parking ticket and left.

Had to cut short a trip to NY and Edward Lloyd were very helpful re getting the car ready for new collection date. Also with EL you don’t have to wait a long time for the car to be delivered upon return.

Driver clearly visible, called to check my eta arrival. Upon return called and only had to wait 5 mins for my car. Excellent service.

We have used this service for the first time and were very happy with it. The communication and the speed of checking-in and out were outstanding and we would definitely use the service again. The only fly in the ointment was the fact that we had to pay £10 for dropping the car off and £11.50 for picking it up - these charges were not spelt out when booking and were an unpleasant surprise. I appreciate that these are airport charges, but you should make the customers aware of them when bookings are made other than: "Bookings will be required to pay the entry / exit fees at the Short Stay car parks".

Things which were poor: 1. The staff member who takes and brings back the car has no people skills or sense of customer service. No check of the car with you at either stage. No introduction to the service etc. no hello, thank you etc. 2. Be aware you will be paying for the car park each time, total £15 on top of the actual service. 3. The staff member used the passenger seat to recline at some stage and used the heating in the car!! Most likely while waiting for us to return. 4. Your car is most likely kept outside. So do not expect it to be kept away from the elements. The guy who picked up and dropped the car back upon arrival was the same staff member. With another company I did not previously pay for the car park, so when I asked the staff member about it, all he said was, 'nothing is for free in life'. - funny because he seems to think using the car heating and reclining seats was free in life!!! - yes we noticed! I would highly recommend just using a one off airport which offers the coach service. Less hassle.
