“Terrible service, booked meet and greet parking for ease of access to Gatwick terminal, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to collect the car from pick off point - despite phoning well ahead. On return from a 6 hour flight phoned as luggage collected as per the instructions, was told it would be an 18-20 minutes wait as they were 'busy' - as it transpired it was a 40 minute wait in the freezing cold at the pick up point. I would not recommend I love meet and greet. The staff had no concept of putting the customer first, when I complained I was told I would see things differently if I was sitting in his chair! A total joke and would not use again - avoid!”
“Would I recommend APH Gatwick Meet & Greet? Yes and no. The drop off was painful and long. If this is your first time you will have to drive around the airport trying to figure out where to go. Then, we had to wait more than 15 mins for a driver to come and pick up the car (I thought the whole point of Meet & Greet was to park the car and leave, well, no) If you are in a rush, do not use it.
The pick up on the other hand was very quick.
The drivers were very friendly and chatty.”
