“Such a shame when uesed in the past could not fault. We were due to fly on Thursday 24th October but due to an accidient with a light of stairs on Sunday am 20th I spent the next 2 weeks in an ICU with 14 broken ribs 1 perforated lung abd a broken collar bone plus abrations etc. Needless to say my partner called on Monday 21st to see if we could cancel. We were advised very formally nothing to be done as too near flight departure so no refund possible. Not posititive customer services and now will black mark due to such a poor response.”
“Stupidly, I didn’t actually realise I would be handing my car over to some random guys when I booked this, so I guess I was somewhat apprehensive. I called them 10 minutes before I arrived and they were waiting for me. On return, I called them when I’d grabbed my last case off the conveyor, and I waited around 5 minutes for them to bring my car back.
I watched back all my dash-cam footage and I can confirm I have no complaints regarding the way they drove my car.
I would 100% use again!”
