“Perfect for dropping off the night before an early departure at North terminal. However Sunday return was less than good. We waited ages for the phone to be answered then the "about 15 minute wait" turned into 35 mins in the cold and pouring rain. The person I spoke to was very apologetic however we would have been quicker to get a shuttle to long term parking.”
