“I used APH before and it was great but this time it was terrible. We had to wait 40mins for someone to come pick up our car even though we were on time and this gave us so much anxiety about missing our flight.
On the way back we waited 1hour for our car to arrive which was ridiculous.”
“I had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be collected when I was departing LGW on 3 November which I thought was poor service and not what I paid for.
However, on my return I waited an hour for my car to be delivered not what I expected or paid for late in. Mo day evening/ Tuesday morning as a single lady travelling on her own!”

“All you could ask for guy was there to collect the guy was there when we got out we have used you before. Only problem initially was the charge for stopping, but now its easy to send back if it happends which is better”
