Having used various meet and greet before I found this time unnecessarily stressful for the drop off. The staff I dealt with at drop off where far from helpful which is not what you need when you are in a hurry to drop off your suitcases. They passed me off for a random phone call and in the end the man I spoke to for help was the man that should have been taking my car. The website advertised it the area as being obviously marked with a flag which it wasn’t. Thankfully the collected of the car was very smooth and the man that helped us on return was very professional. Shame all your staff aren’t the same.

There are many news items concerning unscrupulous meet and greet companies. We have always used APH for offsite parking. For our recent holiday, we had an early morning flight. To save on time we selected the meet and greet option. On arrival, we phoned the dedicated number. This was answered “I love meet and greet”. This gave us great concern, have we been scammed. Were we handing the keys to our car to an unscrupulous company. When the “I love meet and greet” driver arrived in a sign written van and was wearing a uniform, we were happy to hand over the keys. We noticed your confirmation the only mention IIM&G is at the bottom. Ideally, should mention “this booking is with a partner/sister company” to confusion or distress.
