“Reasonable price with the usual discount. Easy and friendly drop-off at Gatwick North. On return to Gatwick South, the company obligingly arranged for collection at Gatwick South. One negative was that the leaflet they gave us at Gatwick North with contacting them for arranging collection on return was a London Stansted card which we hadn't noticed until the return. Luckily we still had the Gatwick number and the collection went smoothly, but had we not retained the number we would have been stuck late at night. No real apology.”
