“On approaching the airport we contacted the APH approved operator to say that we were 10 minutes away. We were given instructions as to the area where we should drive to. We could not see an actual visible sign to show exactly where we were to stop but on getting out of our vehicle we were approached by a member of the team. Details were checked, keys handed over and the car bodywork was checked and photographed. On return, we telephoned to say that we had arrived and we were told to go to the other side of the bollard to where we had left the car originally and within minutes it was promptly delivered. The service provided was extremely efficient and would definitely use it again if flying from Gatwick Airport.”

Return instructions could have been a little clearer - return collection is "outside terminal" might have been better stated as return collection is "at the same location as drop-off".
