“Excellent service i made a slight mistake going in the wrong lane that wasn't a problem the car was picked up promptly.
Same on return phoned after picking up cases and car was there within 5 minutes of being outside.
One slight gripe when the car was dropped off the bloke didn't want to hang around for me to check my vehicle.
Luckily no problem but if there had of been may have been difficult proving any damage.”
“Everything was good, but there is one massive issue: customer services that basically do not exist. I have asked twice to email me, please, the copy of invoice for the additional charge I incurred due to delay of return and so far nothing... No one is even responding to my email. However the original service of meet snd greet was great, absolutely no issues with that”
