Meet and greet was excellent in every way. The system worked beautifully and provided a great and relaxing way of starting and ending a holiday.

Faultless service as always. Driver was at pickup point for out outbound journey and we had to wait a few minutes at pick up point on arrival back into UK.

This was by far the best quote we had for Gatwick airport (maybe £2 or £3 more than a carpark requiring a shuttle bus to the airport). We were met promptly both on departure arrival following a quick phone call. The only niggle was knowing where exactly to stop and wait (opposite the Premier Inn main entrance) - slightly stressful as there are cameras everywhere with penalty charge notices everywhere too! So maybe more precise instructions on booking would be helpful. It would also be good for the APH chauffeur to do a quick walk around the car with you confirming any damage he or she has noticed to the car before they drive it away - I'm sure this could have happened, but it's always a bit stressful when you're about to go through a busy airport! Will definitely use again as long as the price remains competitive. Thank you APH

We've used APH meet and greet many times and have always been happy. Unfortunately this time, we did not get off to a great start. As detailed in the booking information, we phoned when we were 15 minutes away from Gatwick. We were given a very long and complicated list of verbal instructions for drop off at the south terminal at Gatwick at 6 am over the phone. Not ideal, especially early in the morning. We ended up getting lost and having to phone for help and the man I spoke to seemed very annoyed we hadn't been able to remember the complicated list of instructions and essentially told me off for not listening more carefully! I had to stop him from reprimanding me to ask if he was willing to help! I was quite shocked to be honest as this is nothing like the service I have previously experienced from APH. Maybe sending these instructions (since there are so many!) via text or email would ensure people don't end up stressed and lost? If you are dropping off at Gatwick South Terminal, you essentially need to take your car to near the end of the far right drop-off lane outside departures. I am not sure why we were given a ridiculous list of instructions verbally when the above makes far more sense. The staff collecting and bringing our car back were very friendly and helpful - cannot fault them whatsoever.
