“It was our first time using Meet & Greet and so we weren't sure how exactly how the system operated. On dropping off the car there was a delay of some 20 minutes before the driver arrived to take it from us. This didn't cause us a big problem as we had allowed enough time, but anyone tight for time might have felt under pressure. Collecting the car after a trip went extremely well with no delay and was a boon to making the whole journey very easy. Of course the M25 was another matter !!”
“This was perfect for our needs. Being disabled having them pick up the car right opposite the disabled office was awesome. After landing and getting our bags we rang them to return the car to the same place and within less than 4 mins my car was with me. Staff perfect professional and very attentive.
