On return, called them when collected bags from carousel and our car was waiting for us at collection point in same condition as we left it.

“I have used this meet & greet a couple of times and compared to the others I have used in the past aph are miles better, you turn up they are there take your car right outside the terminal,when you return no waiting like others companies the car is straight there within minutes”

“Suggest a reminder text or email closer or day before departure date with the instruction to ring the number 10 mins prior and where to drop car off.
Return journey unfortunately we were waiting for 25 mins at midnight for car to be dropped off after calling”
