“We always book with Purple Parking, but this year, we didn't. Really wished we stayed with PP. It says to call them 10min before arriving at your terminal which we did. When we arrived APH was no where to be seen. So we called them again and explained we have followed your instructions on the email by calling you 10mins before. The man on the phone said you will see your car any minute. We didnt. We were waiting outside our car with our baggage standing around. We ended up waiting 8 mins since he said you will see your car any minute. Really defeats the object of 'Meet and Greet'. We did the same thing on the way back. Call them once we have collected our baggage as stated on the email. No car was to be seen and waited 10- 12 mins for our car. No apology when we called them to ask where they were. I dont recommend this company at all.”
