“They were professional and polite not only that but my wife had left her prosecution sunglasses in the car we phoned them back and the guy (Steve) organised for them to be collected from our car and delivered to us at the drop off point. Which was really good of him so a well done.”
“My flight was cancelled so i sent an email letting the company know and that I would be arriving a day late. When I called on the arrival day I was told my booking had been cancelled and that ‘no one monitors the email inbox’. Luckily after paying £20 ‘fee’ my booking was brought back”
“The service worked well - we were met as expected and the car was waiting for us when we left the airport. My one gripe is with the way the driver’s seat was adjusted - whoever moved the car adjusted literally everything about the seat - not just height and positions which I would expect, but even the headrest, rake and lumbar support. I can’t see a reason to adjust all of this and wonder was it done deliberately?”
